5 Tips For Customising The Editor

1. Go to Customize toolbar(Tool>Customize keyboard) by right clicking the menu then Options and tick show shortcut screen tips; allows you to see hotkeys/shortcuts for quick accessing

2.Under Keyboard in the Customize tab, you can assign hotkeys and your own preferences for commands.

3. Tools>Preferences> Viewport>General and tick 'Highlight Geoemetry on Mouse over; allows a highlight and easier selecting as well as relative size.
(Colors of the highlight and such can be edited when scrolling down)
-Console colour can also be edited in the Preferences tab under 'General' > 'Console background'
-Deep range selection (when objects are behind another, double clicking selects the previous one)

4. Tools>User configure commands; Allows macros to be written
- Toggle Variable function allows the trigger to be switched on and off where as the function of 1 and 0

5. Named selection allows selecting multiple objects and naming the selection and reselection the selection after it has been named.

Additional notes:
- Grouping Material editor/Flowgraphs/etc in the same window with selectable tabs on the bottom.
- Layers tab > check selecting tool; ease of access for selecting every object
- Grid and Angle snaps can be varied in measurement and should be mainly be used for modular layouts.
